You can set the Climate Schedule by using the My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile App. This is useful if you know ahead of time when you will be ready to depart.
You can set a timer to operate regularly at a certain time of day during the week, or set a timer for a particular date and time that you may only enable once. Mitsubishi Connect automatically starts the engine and turns on the heater or air conditioner 10 minutes ahead of time. You can set up to three timers.
For example, if you set the schedule to drive at 10:00AM on Monday, the vehicle starts the climate at 9:50AM.
To set the Climate Schedule, follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your account on the My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile App.
- Select the fan icon.
- Select "Schedule."
- Touch "Timer 1," "Timer 2," or "Timer 3" to view the Timer screen.
- Enter the Departure Time by touching the text box and using the dial to indicate the time.
- Touch the days of the week when this climate is desired. You must select at least one day.
- Model Year 2025 and newer Outlander vehicles:
- Drag the indicator to select the desired temperature.
- Under Climate Setting, use the toggles to select which seats should be pre-heated.
- Under Climate Setting, use the toggles to select whether the Steering Wheel should be pre-heated and the Defroster(s) started.
- Select "OK."
- After the Timer is created, you can enable or disable it by selecting the toggle corresponding to the Timer.
- Select "SET."
- A warning appears and asks you to confirm if it is safe.
- A message appears that confirms the success or failure of your request.
Model Year 2024 and older: All timers use the same fixed temperature setting of 75°F / 25°C.
When a timer is enabled, it appears on the main screen of the mobile app with "Departure Time" and the day and time noted.
