How to Add a Secondary User to Your Account

The primary user can invite up to five additional members to use the account. Note that all users of the account need to know the 4-digit security PIN.

To add another user to your account, go to the Mitsubishi Owner’s Portal and follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to your account on the Mitsubishi Owner’s Portal using your preferred internet browser.
2. Select "MY ACCOUNT."
3. Select "ADD USER."
4. Enter the information for the new user you would like to add, including their email address. Then select the features you would like the new user to have access to.
5. Save your changes.

The new user will receive an invitation at the email address you entered. The new user must accept the invitation within 48 hours. After 48 hours, the invitation expires and the primary user will have to resend the invitation.
