My MITSUBISHI CONNECT provides notifications for climate operations. You can be notified when the climate is started or the climate schedule is activated.
You can enable Climate notifications by using the My MITSUBISHI CONNECT Mobile App.
- Sign in to your account on the My MITSUBISHI CONNECT Mobile App.
- Select "Account Settings" by selecting the gear icon on the home screen.
- Select "Notifications."
- Select an existing notification or touch "+" to create a new one.
- If you are creating a new notification, on the Channels screen, choose
how you want to be notified of an event by selecting the
notification type.
Philippines and Indonesia only: If you select SMS, Mitsubishi asks you to confirm that they can contact you. Select "PROCEED."
- On the Add Notification screen, enter your contact information.
Note: The contact information you enter does not need to match the one associated with the account.
- Select the checkboxes for alerts that you want to receive, and deselect the checkboxes for alerts that you do not want to receive. Look for the Remote Operations and Scheduled Operations sections.
- Select "SAVE."
