How to Extend Services Beyond the Trial Period

You can purchase a post-trial package that will allow you to continue services beyond the trial period. You can purchase services using your credit card through the My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile App.

The package that you select will be charged on the date of your trial period expiration.

Mitsubishi Connect accepts debit, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover cards.

My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile App

1. Sign in to your account on the My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile App.
2. Select "Account Settings" by selecting the gear icon on the home screen.
3. Select "Manage Vehicles."
4. Select "Subscription."
5. Review the options on the Subscription page. You can see the "Packages Available to Purchase," "Active Packages," and "Expired Packages."
6. Choose from the packages available and then specify a payment method.
