When performing remote operations on your vehicle, you must enter your security PIN. If you cannot remember your PIN, you can try three times. If you do not enter the correct PIN, you will be signed out of the application after the third attempt.
Additionally, if you enter an incorrect PIN three times on any screen in the My Mitsubishi Connect software, remote operations will be locked for 30 minutes. You can wait 30 minutes, or reset your PIN in the mobile app, or Sign Out and Sign In again.
