For the SOS Emergency Assistance and Call MITSUBISHI Assistance buttons inside the vehicle to work, you must first start the vehicle engine to power the telematics control unit.
In Triton vehicles, the Call MITSUBISHI Assistance button is found on the infotainment menu screen. Press the "Info" button, then press "MITSUBISHI CONNECT Services."
If the call is not working, ensure that your engine is on and your vehicle is located in an area with good cellular connectivity.
- If the call is still not connecting, try driving to a different location and trying again.
- If you are still unable to reach the call center, confirm that you are within the service period and your account is active.
- If you are still unable to reach the call center, then visit your local dealer for further investigation.
Additionally, your service period could be expired, and your vehicle's device could be deactivated. If this is the case, and you would like to renew your services, please contact the call center.
