When a Mitsubishi Connect subscription is allowed to expire or when you cancel your subscription, the Telematics Control Unit in your vehicle is no longer registered on the cellular network. Remote operations and other services will no longer be available.
You can renew your subscription to Mitsubishi Connect services after your trial period expires, after a paid subscription expires, or after your subscription is canceled. However, please note that it takes some time for the vehicle to re-register on the network. If the Mitsubishi Connect services are not working after your purchase, it is recommended that you turn on the vehicle manually and drive for a minimum of 5 minutes before attempting to do remote operations.
