Sometimes your remote operation cannot be completed when the telematics unit in your vehicle has gone to sleep, also known as being offline. This can happen when the engine has been turned off for 5 days (for Eclipse Cross) or 15 days (for Outlander and Outlander PHEV).
To get your vehicle back online, start your engine manually to re-enable remote operations.
