You can reset your password by using the My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile App or Mitsubishi Owner’s Portal by selecting "Forgot Password."
Password requirements:
- Must be between 8 and 15 characters.
- Must have at least one uppercase letter.
- Must have at least one lowercase letter.
- Must have at least one special character: ! @ # $ ^ & * ( ) -.
- Must have at least one number.
To reset your password, follow the steps below.
My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile App
- Select "Forgot password?"
- Select "Forgot Password."
- Enter your registered email address.
- Select "RESET PASSWORD."
- Check your email for a message about resetting the password, and then click on the link therein to set a new password.
Mitsubishi Owner’s Portal
- Sign in to your account on the Mitsubishi Owner’s Portal using your preferred internet browser.
- Select the "My Garage" tab.
- Scroll down and sign in to Mitsubishi Connect.
- Select the "Forgot Password" tab.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Select "Forgot Password." An email will be sent to you to reset your password.
- Open your email and look for a message from Mitsubishi Connect.
- Click the link as instructed. A browser window appears.
- Enter a new password as instructed and click Submit.
