How to Use More than One Phone on Your Account

The primary user can invite up to five additional members to use the account, and each member can use their own smartphone.

Note: All users of the account need to know the 4-digit security PIN.

To add another user to your account, follow the steps below.

Mitsubishi Owner’s Portal

1. Sign in to your account on the Mitsubishi Owner’s Portal using your preferred internet browser.
2. Select the "My Garage" tab.
3. Scroll down and sign in to Mitsubishi Connect.
4. Select "ACCESS CONTROLS."
5. Scroll down to the User Management section and select "Add USER."
6. Enter the information for the new user you would like to add, including their email address. Then select the features you would like the new user to have access to.
7. Select "SAVE CHANGES."

The new user will receive an invitation at the email address you entered. The new user must accept the invitation within 48 hours. After 48 hours, the invitation expires and the primary user will have to resend the invitation.
